I had the privilege of being the Day-Of wedding coordinator for Gail’s sister several years back. When Gail and Mike got engaged I was hired to be their Day-Of coordinator too. I was totally honored! I’m not kidding- this is the SWEETEST family you’ll ever meet!

Gail and Mike were actually planning for an August 2020 wedding and reception, but with COVID they postponed their reception until August 2021. So this year was a big party to celebrate their one year anniversary!

Gail did a first look with her Grandma and now I want every bride to do that too. Not all couples are so lucky to have their grandparents able to attend their big day and it was so special to see how Gail included her grandma in her wedding day. Three generations (including Gail’s sister) of everlasting love.

They started out the day with a vow renewal at the same church they were married in. This was very cool and even after one year of marriage I’m sure they had learned lots and had a new perspective on marriage.

Gail is very artistic and actually created several different items for the reception. My favorite were the watercolor table numbers. And actually, Mike is also very handy and he created the holders! I love how couples bring their own personalities to their big day.

Both Gail and Mike are on the quieter side so when they were TEARING up the dance floor all night I was completely delighted! Not that quiet folks can’t dance, but I just never expected this from them and it was completely amazing!
